Abstract:
Provided are a control device for a motor-operated valve, a motor-operated valve, and a motor-operated valve unit using the same capable of performing appropriate flow rate control by changing the control of a stepping motor according to the amount of hysteresis. The present invention comprises a valve body capable of moving in a direction toward or away from a valve seat, a stepping motor that operates by inputting a drive pulse, a drive mechanism that drives the valve body by using the drive force output from the stepping motor, a non-volatile storage unit that stores the amount of hysteresis, and a control unit that drives the stepping motor according to operation instruction information input from outside. When moving the valve body in a direction different from the last movement direction on the basis of the operation instruction information input from outside, the control unit inputs, to the stepping motor, a number of drive pulses equal to the effective number of pulses obtained by adding the number of pulses corresponding to the amount of hysteresis stored in the storage unit to the target number of pulses corresponding to the target movement amount of the valve body.
