Abstract:
In brazing systems, brazing can become suspended due to some factor. There is a need for technology to prevent shape defects such as protrusions and recesses from occurring on the formed bead in such cases. This control device 100 comprises: a brazing control unit 110 that, during execution of brazing, suspends brazing by controlling a brazing material movement mechanism 56 to retract the tip of a brazing material from a heating position; and a movement control unit 112 that, if brazing has been suspended, controls a movement machine 12 to retract a heating device 54 or a base material in a direction opposite to the movement direction during the execution of brazing and then advance the heating device 54 or the base material again in the movement direction. The brazing control unit 110 resumes brazing by controlling the brazing material movement mechanism 56 to cause the tip of the brazing material to reach the heating position at the same time that the heating device 54 or the base material advanced by the movement control unit 112 reaches a suspension position, where the heating device 54 or the base material was positioned when brazing was suspended.
