Abstract:
One aspect of the present invention provides a semicured product complex provided with a porous body and a semicured product of a thermosetting composition impregnating the porous body. The thermosetting composition contains an epoxy compound and a cyanate compound. In the thermosetting composition, the equivalence ratio of epoxy groups of the epoxy compound with respect to cyanato groups of the cyanate compound is 1.0 or more.
