Abstract:
A control device (10) according to an embodiment includes an initial write instruction unit (30), and a data write instruction unit (40). Before receiving a write request to write information to a storage device (20) comprising a plurality of variable resistive storage elements which store information according to a difference in resistance states, the initial write instruction unit (30) outputs, to the storage device (20), a write instruction to bring the storage elements into a first resistance state. When the write request is received, the data write instruction unit (40) outputs, to the storage device (20), a write instruction to bring the storage elements into the first resistance state or a second resistance state corresponding to the write request.
