Abstract:

The present invention is provided with: a step-down part which steps down the system voltage of each phase in a system; a voltage pulse signal generation part which generates a voltage pulse signal for each of the phases stepped down by the step-down part; a current pulse signal generation part which generates a current pulse signal for each of the phases in the system; a zero crossing point detection part which, on the basis of the voltage pulse signal and the current pulse signal for each of the phases in the system, outputs time information about the zero crossing point of the system voltage and the system current of each of the phases; and a computation unit which, on the basis of the time information about the zero crossing point of the system voltage and the system current of each of the phases in the system obtained from the zero crossing point detection part, calculates both the active power value and the reactive power value of AC power output to the system by a power conditioner, and controls the power conditioner.
