Abstract:
A control method for executing a multi-table connection operation and a corresponding device. Fields involved in a query statement by a table, which participates in a theta connection operation and of which the fields involved in the query statement satisfy a first pre-set condition, are decomposed to obtain a plurality of first field group. The theta connection operation may be completed step by step in the form of a plurality of field groups, and the effects of reducing the amount of data of Cartesian product calculation for performing a connection operation one time, greatly reducing the network transmission overhead, the calculation overhead and the memory overhead, and improving the execution efficiency can be achieved.
