Abstract:
A control method for a heat pump system and a heat pump system. The heat pump system comprises a throttling element and a four-way valve (3); the four-way valve (3) has a first state when the heat pump system runs for refrigerating and a second state when the heat pump system runs for heating. The control method comprises: before the four-way valve (3) is switched to the second state from the first state, comparing a reversing pressure difference A of the four-way valve (3) and a current system high and low pressure difference B of the heat pump system, and controlling switching of the state of the four-way valve (3) and/or adjusting the opening degree of the throttling element (8) according to the comparison result. According to the control method of the heat pump system, when the four-way valve (3) needs to be reversed, according to the reversing pressure difference of the four-way valve (3) and the current system high and low pressure difference of the heat pump system, the four-way valve (3) and the throttling element (8) are controlled, and therefore problems of low-pressure protection caused by reversing of the four-way valve (3), liquid entrainment of a compressor and the like can be effectively solved, and running reliability of the heat pump system can be improved.
