Abstract:
A control method and system suitable for treating a viscose waste liquid by means of a bipolar membrane in a spinning system, relating to the field of viscose fiber production. The control system is provided in a viscose fiber production line, and specifically comprises a bipolar membrane controller for performing electrodialysis treatment on the viscose waste liquid; the bipolar membrane controller is connected to a human-computer interface by means of a data input interface; the bipolar membrane controller is connected to a data acquisition unit by means of a data feedback interface; and the bipolar membrane controller is connected to an execution unit by means of a data output interface. The control system and control method for treating the viscose waste liquid by means of the bipolar membrane are configured, such that the automation of treating the viscose waste liquid in a spinning process by bipolar membrane electrodialysis is realized, the labor intensity is reduced, and the stability, the controllability, and the traceability of viscose waste liquid treatment are ensured; and the viscose waste liquid is effectively treated, such that the waste liquid is recycled, and the environmental protection pressure is reduced.
