Abstract:
A control unit (110) controls the charging and discharging of a rechargeable battery that is charged using electric power supplied by a commercial power grid and/or an electricity-generating device, thereby storing said electric power, and is discharged so as to supply the stored electric power to an electrical device. A stored-electric-power measurement unit (140) measures the amount of electric power stored in the rechargeable battery, and in response to the amount of stored electric power measured by the stored-electric-power measurement unit (140) reaching a notification level, a notification unit (180) issues a notification that the measured amount of stored electric power has reached said notification level.
