Abstract:
A control system (1) comprises: a control subject (3) having a dead time; a dead time PFC (5) having a dead time, connected in parallel feed-forward fashion with the control subject (3); and a controller (7) that performs feedback control of the control subject (3) and the dead time PFC (5). The dead time PFC (5) is equivalent for example to a combination of an ASPR compensator and a Smith predictor that are connected in parallel feed-forward fashion with the control subject (3) having a dead time. In the ASPR compensator, the ASPR condition is satisfied by the result of subtracting the dead time possessed by the control subject (3) and the ASPR compensator from a transmission function matching the control subject. The Smith predictor is connected in parallel feedback fashion with a controller (7) and delivers the dead time possessed by the control subject (3) and the ASPR compensator to outside the control loop of the controller (7).
