Abstract:

The fixation set (S) is provided with an external skeletal fixator (10) and a pin fastener (100) that are installed on one end and the other end of first and second pins (P1, P2). The external skeletal fixator (10) comprises: first and second permanent magnets (32, 34) disposed so that the same poles face each other; a first holding part (14) provided on the first permanent magnet (32); a second holding part (36) provided on the second permanent magnet (34); first restricting parts (16a, 16b) provided so as to clamp the first and second permanent magnets (32, 34) from a second direction; and second restricting parts (66) provided so as to connect the first restricting parts (16a, 16b). The first pins (P1) are inserted in the through holes (20) of the first holding part (14) and the second holding part (36) is attached to the second pin (P2) via a ball joint (50).
