Abstract:
Provided are a control system and control method for a multi-mode plug-in operation of a crane, relating to the technical field of crane control. The control system for a multi-mode plug-in operation of a crane is applied to plug-in operation modes of a crane, and comprises an on-board charger, a vehicle control unit, a battery management system, a motor control unit, a chassis power distribution box and a battery power distribution box, wherein the on-board charger, the vehicle control unit, the battery management system and the motor control unit are in communication connection by means of a CAN bus; the chassis power distribution box is connected to the on-board charger, the motor control unit and a battery; and the battery power distribution box is connected to the chassis power distribution box and the battery. By means of the interactive control of the vehicle control unit over the on-board charger, the battery management system and the motor control unit, the endurance of a crane under continuous working conditions is achieved, while also ensuring the charging safety and operation performance.
