Abstract:
The present invention relates to a converter capable of measuring a video signal, the converter having a signal measurement function of, in a step of converting a video signal output from a coaxial cable into a multimedia signal and providing the converted multimedia signal, measuring occurrence of a problem in a transmission line of the video signal, a connector, a video signal transmission/reception side, and the like, and outputting corresponding information to a display provided integrally with the converter, thereby enabling a user to immediately recognize the problem.
