Abstract:
Provided is a digital/analog converter which improves DAC performance while giving consideration to switch on-resistance. This digital/analog converter (100) is equipped with: a first partial circuit (10) having a first resistor row (13) and a first switch group (14); a second partial circuit (20B); a first resistor (R0); a third partial circuit (30) having a third resistor row (33) and a third switch group (34); and a fourth partial circuit (40) having a fourth resistor row (44) and a fourth switch group (45). When the resistance value of the first resistor (R0) is R, the combined resistance value of the fourth resistor row (44) is 2(n-m)R, the combined resistance value of the first resistor row (13) is 2(m-1)R, the combined resistance value of the third resistor row (33) is 2(m-1)R, and the combined resistance value of the second partial circuit (20, 20B) is R/(2(n-

)-1).
