Abstract:
Provided is a conveyance device used for a mounting system including a mounting-related device that performs a mounting-related process related to a mounting process for mounting components on a target object. This conveyance device includes: a conveying unit that includes a conveyance path, is capable of changing the conveying width of the conveyance path, and conveys the target object; a changing unit that changes the conveying width of the conveyance path; a detection unit for detecting a conveyance path the height of which is also changeable and which is included in a mounting-related device disposed adjacent to the conveyance device; and a control unit that executes a follow process for controlling the changing unit to change the conveying width of the conveyance path of the conveyance device to match the conveying width of the adjacent conveyance path on the basis of the detection result of the detection unit and executes a suspension process for preventing the execution of the follow process on the basis of a change in the detection result.
