Abstract:
A cooling device in which heat generated by a plurality of heat generating parts is radiated in a cooling medium in a plurality of radiating parts provided so as to correspond respectively to the plurality of heat generating parts, wherein the cooling device includes a first radiating part provided so as to correspond to a first heat generating part having the smallest value of a radiation performance index calculated by dividing the temperature increase amount during maximum heat generation of a heat generating part among the plurality of heat generating parts by the maximum heat generation amount, a second radiating part provided so as to correspond to a second heat generating part having the second smallest value of the radiation performance index, a first flow path in which the first radiating part is positioned and through which the cooling medium passes, and a second flow path in which the second radiating part is positioned and which is independent of the first flow path through which the cooling medium flows.
