Abstract:
In the present invention an analysis device (10) is equipped with a heating device (113), a cooling device (100), and a control unit (115). The cooling device (100) is equipped with a piezoelectric pump (101), a check valve (102), an exhaust valve (103), and an air tank (109). The analysis device (10) heats a test subject (112) with the heating device (113). While the heating device (113) is heating the test subject (112), the cooling device (100) drives the piezoelectric pump (101). Thus, outside air is drawn in from a suction port (107A), the air discharged from the piezoelectric pump (101) is stored in the air tank (109) via the check valve (102), and the pressure in the air tank (109) increases. Subsequently, cooling device (100) stops driving the piezoelectric pump (101). Thus, the air in the air tank (109) is exhausted toward the test subject (112) via the exhaust valve (103), thereby cooling the test subject (112).
