Abstract:
A cooling device mounted into a high-density server including one or more accelerators is disclosed. The cooling device includes a first cooling plate, a second cooling plate, and a block unit. The first cooling plate comes into contact with the accelerator. The second cooling plate is disposed on the first cooling plate, and forms a water-tight region in conjunction with the first cooling plate. The block unit is placed on at least a portion of the second cooling plate, and enables coolant to flow toward the water-tight region.
