Abstract:
Disclosed is a cooling method for a print head of a 3D printer, comprising a print head and corresponding cooling device. The cooling device operates in an air cooling mode, and the cooling air sent from an air cooling device directly cools a cavity (22) of a base housing for the print head before same is re-directed via an air-guide passage (23) and is transferred below a print heat nozzle (1) for cooling a printing part. The cooling method improves the heat dissipation of the print head of the 3D printer, decreases the space occupied by the print head during working, and facilitates the portability of the foldable 3D printer. Further disclosed is a cooling device for a print head of a 3D printer.
