Abstract:
Disclosed are a cooling structure for a disk-type electric motor, and the disk-type electric motor. The cooling structure for a disk-type electric motor comprises a stator iron core, a stator housing, multiple first blocking plates and multiple second blocking plates, wherein two adjacent second blocking plates enclose part of a first cavity, part of a second cavity and a corresponding gap to form a circulation channel; the multiple second blocking plates partition the first cavity and the second cavity into at least one circulation channel; in one circulation channel, an inlet of the circulation channel and an outlet of the circulation channel are arranged diagonally; and in the formed multiple circulation channels, in the overall inflow direction of a liquid refrigerant, the inlet of the circulation channel at the head end is in communication with a liquid inlet, the outlet of the circulation channel at the tail end is in communication with a liquid outlet, and the outlet of the last circulation channel is the inlet of the next circulation channel. According to the cooling structure for a disk-type electric motor, the liquid refrigerant is in direct contact with the stator iron core for heat exchange so as to reduce the temperature of the stator iron core, thereby improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the stator iron core.
