Abstract:
A disc motor, comprising a stator assembly (100) and a rotor assembly (200). The stator assembly (100) comprises a motor end cover (101), a fixed mandrel (102), and a split iron core (103); the split iron core (103) is located between the motor end cover (101) and the fixed mandrel (102); the motor end cover (101) and the outer periphery of the split iron core (103) define a first cavity (1015); the inner periphery of the split iron core (103) and the fixed mandrel (102) define a second cavity (1016). When the disc motor works, oil enters the first cavity (1015) through an oil injection port (1017), part of the oil continues to flow along the first cavity (1015), and part of the oil enters the second cavity (1016) through a gap; the part of the oil entering the second cavity (1016) enters the fixed mandrel (102) through an oil guide hole to cool a bearing (109), and part of the oil continues to flow in the second cavity (1016) and flows back into the first cavity (1015) through the gap, and finally flows out through an oil outlet (1018). In the above process, the oil is in direct contact with the split iron core (103) and a winding (107), so that the heat dissipation efficiency of the split iron core (103) is improved.
