Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of motorcycles. Provided is a cooling structure for a motorcycle transmission. By means of the cooling structure, the problem in the prior art of the insufficient cooling effect of a cooling structure is solved. The cooling structure for a motorcycle transmission comprises a radiating fan (21) arranged inside a transmission housing (1), wherein a flow guide groove (3) directly facing the radiating fan (21) is arranged on an inner wall of the transmission housing (1); an air inlet (41) in communication with the flow guide groove (3) is arranged on a side wall at the front end of the flow guide groove (3); an arc-shaped flow guide inclined plane (5) is arranged on the groove bottom of the flow guide groove (3); the head end of the flow guide inclined plane (5) is positioned at the air inlet (41), and the flow guide inclined plane (5) is gradually inclined towards a direction approaching the radiating fan (21) and from the head end to the tail end; the inner wall of the transmission housing (1) is further provided with a labyrinth partition (6), which is adjacently arranged at a rear side of the flow guide groove (3); and a gap is formed between the lower end of the labyrinth partition (6) and the bottom edge of the transmission housing (1), so as to form an air-passing opening (7). The cooling structure is used for increasing the time during which a transmission is cooled and the intensity at which the transmission is cooled, thereby improving the cooling effect.
