Provided in the present invention is a ventilation structure of a crankcase, belonging to the technical field of engines, and solving the technical problem of existing ventilation structures of crankcases that when an engine works normally, engine oil containing impurities because of gas flow driving flows back to an oil sump via a one-way valve, thus affecting the quality of circulating engine oil. In respect of the present ventilation structure of a crankcase, a crankcase comprises a crankshaft chamber (1) and a ventilation chamber (2), and the ventilation structure comprises a one-way valve plate (4) which only allows gas in the crankshaft chamber (1) to flow into the ventilation chamber (2); a backflow recess (3) is formed in the inner side wall of the ventilation chamber (2), the inner cavity of the backflow recess (3) being communicated with the crankshaft chamber (1); the one-way valve plate (4) is arranged in the vertical direction and can seal the opening of the backflow recess (3), the upper end of the one-way valve plate (4) being a free end, and the lower end of the one-way valve plate (4) being fixedly connected to the end face of the opening of the backflow recess (3). The present ventilation structure is used for ensuring the quality of circulating engine oil while achieving stable pressure of the crankshaft chamber.
