Abstract:
In this core material, a predetermined number of core pieces having a tooth portion and a yoke portion are concatenated via a concatenating portion. The concatenating portion has a V-shaped notch portion, a through-hole elongated in the concatenating direction and provided in a tapered portion of the notch portion, and a thin portion provided to the outside of the through-hole by which core pieces are concatenated with each other. The width of the thin portion becomes greater further from the axis of symmetry for the two sides constituting the V shape of the notch portion, and the point of intersection of lines extending from the two sides constituting the V shape is within 0.3 W from the inner side of the thin portion in the notch direction, where W is the width along the axis of symmetry in the thin portion.
