A corporate health management device according to one aspect of the present invention may comprise: a medical inquiry data provision unit for providing, to a user, first medical inquiry data for examining mental health, organization health, and lifestyle habits, and second medical inquiry data for examining at least one of trauma, leadership, emotional labor, and cognitive function according to the job grade and job group of the user and the characteristics of a company to which the user belongs; a common evaluation unit for determining a mental health score, organization health score, and lifestyle habit score on the basis of a response for the first medical inquiry data, and determining a common evaluation score by combining the mental health score, organization health score, and lifestyle habit score; a selective evaluation unit for determining a selective evaluation score for at least one of the trauma, leadership, emotional labor, and cognitive function on the basis of a response for the second medical inquiry data; and an evaluation result provision unit for providing the common evaluation score and selective evaluation score to the user.
