Abstract:
Provided is a correlative microscopic device using a variable holder. The correlative microscopic device includes: a holder which is variable according to the size of an area in which a sample dish is disposed; a calibration dish for setting an initial original point; and a control part for measuring a sample disposed on the sample dish on the basis of the initial original point when the sample dish is coupled to the holder.
