Abstract:
This cosmetic composition comprises the following components (A)-(C), wherein the mixed HLB of component (B) and component (C) is 11.1-15.0. Component (A): oil; component (B): at least one selected from the group consisting of polyglycerin fatty acid esters that have an HLB of less than 13.5 and that comprise a polyglycerin in which at least 50% of all hydroxyl groups are primary hydroxyl groups and which has an average degree of polymerization of 6-14, and a fatty acid which has at least 12 carbon atoms; component (C): at least one selected from the group consisting of polyglycerin fatty acid esters that have an HLB of 13.5 or more and polyglycerin monoalkyl ethers that have an HLB of 12 or more. A cosmetic composition according to the present invention is suitable for use as a cosmetic.
