Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a fabric pad batch dyeing method based on dopamine and a reactive dye, capable of controlling polydopamine to form a compact membrane structure on fibers, and overcoming the defect of poor color fastness caused by a porous loose structure of polydopamine. In combination with dyeing and color fixing methods for the reactive dye, the limitation of cotton fabric pad batch on dye selection is released. The cotton fabric prepared from dopamine and the reactive dye has excellent color fastness and wettability. The functional cotton fabric prepared by the technology disclosed in the present invention is simple in technological process, can broaden the application of waste heat recycling of a heat setter, and has obvious energy-saving and consumption-reducing effects, and the method relates to a green printing and dyeing technology.
