Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a stepper motor-based control method and apparatus, and an electronic device. The method comprises: detecting real-time state information of a stepper motor, and when the real-time state information represents that the stepper motor is stopped, driving the stepper motor on the basis of closed-loop vector control to enable the stepper motor to move to a preset locking position; upon detecting that the stepper motor reaches the locking position, driving the stepper motor on the basis of open-loop vector control so as to lock the stepper motor; and when the stepper motor is locked, continuously monitoring the external load force of the stepper motor, and regulating a control driving mode for the stepper motor on the basis of the difference value between the external load force and the locking force, wherein the control driving mode comprises PID closed-loop control and the open-loop vector control. According to the present invention, it is guaranteed that the stepper motor has the locking force increased during locking while adapting to different load changes, and has good density value consistency, and the out-of-step phenomenon during locking is avoided.
