Abstract:
A cotton swab-treating instrument for treating a cotton ball of a cotton swab. The cotton swab-treating instrument comprises a main body, a hole part formed in the main body and a blade part formed inside the hole part. When a cotton swab is inserted into the hole part, a notch is formed in a cotton ball of the cotton swab by the blade part. Thus, a marketed cotton swab can be changed into a superior cotton swab which sufficiently exploits the inherent characteristics of cotton.
