Abstract:

At the time of mounting a light emitting component (75) on a substrate (70), said light emitting component having a light emitting body (77), a CPU acquires a light emitting component image by picking up an image of an image pickup range (35) of the light emitting component (75), said image pickup range including the light emitting body (77). Then, the CPU detects coordinates (light emitting body detection center coordinates) of the center of the light emitting body (77) on the basis of the light emitting component image. Then, without using information relating to a light emitting component (75) outer shape based on the light emitting component image, the CPU mounts the light emitting component (75) on the basis of the light emitting body detection center coordinates by holding the light emitting component (75) and moving the light emitting component (75) onto the substrate (70) such that the center of the light emitting body (77) is positioned at predetermined coordinates on the substrate (70). Furthermore, on the basis of the light emitting body detection center coordinates, and the positional relationship between the light emitting body design center coordinates and holding coordinates, the CPU derives actual holding coordinates that are in the same positional relationship with respect to the light emitting body detection center coordinates, holds the light emitting component (75) at the actual holding coordinates, and disposes a held portion at the mounting coordinates.
