Abstract:
Disclosed is an inducible nitrogen monoxide synthase inhibitor which comprises a
coumarin compound represented by the formula (1) and has a potent activity. (1)
wherein X represents a hydrogen atom, a hydrocarbon group which may have a substituent,
or an aryl group which may have a substituent; R1 and R2 independently
represent a hydrocarbon group which may have a substituent; and Y and Z independently
represent a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group which may have a substituent,
provided that R1, R2, Y and Z may be the same as or different
from one another.
