Abstract:
Provided in the present application is a counter circuit, comprising an addition module, a subtraction module and a plurality of control modules. The addition module comprises a plurality of stages of counting modules for corresponding binary digits. Each stage of counting module is used for obtaining a carry signal and the current present-digit value according to an addend signal and a present-digit value currently output at the present stage, and outputting the carry signal to the next stage of counting module, latching the current present-digit value in response to a first clock, and outputting the current present-digit value to an output end of the counting module in response to a second clock. The subtraction module is connected to the plurality of stages of counting modules, and is used for calculating the current subtraction counting result according to the current addition counting result and a subtrahend signal, and outputting the subtraction counting result in response to a first refresh instruction. The plurality of control modules correspond to the plurality of stages of counting modules on a one-to-one basis, and are used for outputting, in response to a second refresh instruction, corresponding digits of the subtraction counting result to the corresponding counting modules to serve as the present-digit values currently output by the counting modules. By means of the present solution, an addition-subtraction counting function can be realized.
