Abstract:
A cradle head and a cradle head control method. The cradle head in the present invention is used for supporting a load (5). The cradle head comprises at least three driving shaft assemblies that are rotatably connected. Each driving shaft assembly comprises a driving element and a joint arm driven by the driving element. The joint arms can relatively rotate under the drive of the driving elements. The cradle head also comprises a controller (4). The controller (4) is used for controlling the cradle head to limit the rotation of the at least one driving shaft assembly during the rotation of the cradle head. The present invention can ensure the smooth rotation of the cradle head when the cradle head switches between a high position and a low position and performs other rotations of a great amplitude.
