Abstract:
A crepe turning-over device for a Chinese savory crepe robot. The crepe turning-over device is composed of a roller (1), a pressing member (2), a cylinder supporting member (3), cylinders (5), an air distribution member (6) and a female clamp head (4), wherein the cylinder supporting member (3) is fixed to the roller (1) by means of studs at two ends of the roller (1); an extending end of each cylinder (5) passes through the cylinder supporting member (3) and is fixed to the cylinder supporting member (3); and two ends of the pressing member (2) are connected to the extending ends of the two cylinders (5), respectively, and remain parallel to the bottom face of the roller (1). When the cylinders (5) extend and contract, the pressing member (2) moves up and down relative to the bottom face of the roller (1), such that a crepe clamping function is achieved. The female clamp head (4) is fixed to an end face of a right side of the roller (1) so as to be connected to and fitted with a robot arm, such that a fast crepe turning-over function is achieved.
