Abstract:
Provided is a creping adhesive or the like having favorable stringiness and wet adhesion. This creping adhesive contains PVA (A) and satisfies at least one of (i) and (ii) below. (i) The PVA (A) contains PVA having a minimum branching degree of 0.25−0.93 (inclusive) in an absolute molecular weight range of 200,000−800,000 (inclusive), and the ratio Mw/Mn of the weight-average molecular weight Mw to the number-average molecular weight Mn of the PVA (A) is 2.5 or more. (ii) The ratio Mw/Mn of the weight-average molecular weight Mw to the number-average molecular weight Mn of the PVA (A) is 3.8 or more.
