Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a cross-device authentication method and apparatus. The method comprises: a login authentication initiation device determining, from among at least one electronic device, a login authentication device of an application to be authenticated, wherein an authenticated application is installed on the login authentication device, and the authenticated application has been logged in to; the login authentication initiation device sending a first login authentication request to the login authentication device; the login authentication device displaying an account login interface of the authenticated application according to the first login authentication request, wherein the account login interface comprises a first key that represents consenting to authorization and a second key that represents refusal of authorization; the login authentication device acquiring an operation instruction, which is generated by a click operation of a user for the first key or the second key; and the login authentication device feeding a first login authentication response back to the login authentication initiation device, wherein the first login authentication response comprises indication information of a login authentication result. By means of the embodiments of the present application, a cumbersome process of installing an authenticated application on a login authentication initiation device and logging in to same can be omitted, thereby ensuring data security.
