Abstract:
The present invention provides a cross-linked enhanced meta-aramid and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises: using an isocyanate as a cross-linking agent, adding a catalyst and then performing processing for a period of time at a certain temperature; and performing water washing, drying, and heat-setting so as to prepare a high-strength meta-aramid. The invention is used to prepare a cross-linked meta-aramid that shows an improved binding force between fibers, and has good mechanical properties and high temperature resistance.
