Abstract:
A modified easily dyeable meta-aramid and a preparation method therefor. In said method, isophthaloyl chloride, meta-phenylenediamine, sodium 3,5-diaminobenzoate and bis(3-aminophenyl)phenyl phosphorus oxide are used as monomers, and a modified poly(metaphenylene isophthalamide) spinning solution is prepared by means of low-temperature polycondensation in an organic solvent, so that a fiber prepared has good affinity for a cationic dye and good flame retardancy. In the preparation process, a 3,5-diaminobenzoic acid monomer containing a carboxylic acid group is added to participate in copolymerization, and the carboxylic acid group is an anionic group and can be bonded with the cationic dye via an ionic bond, so that the cationic dye is easy to dye. The prepared spinning dope of the modified easily dyeable meta-aramid has good solubility and spinnability. The prepared fiber maintains the original high-temperature resistance and mechanical properties, and has a high dye-uptake rate in cationic dyes, a bright color, and good light fastness.
