Abstract:
The crosslinked polyolefin resin foam according to the present invention is obtained by crosslinking and foaming a polyolefin resin composition containing a polypropylene resin and an olefin rubber, and is characterized in that the olefin rubber has a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4, 100°C) of 15-85, the contained amount of the olefin rubber is 10-150 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polypropylene resin, the foam has a 25%-compression hardness of 30-70 kPa, and the ratio of compressive strengths [(25%-compressive strength)/(5%-compressive strength)] of the foam is 2.0-4.5. The present invention can provide: a crosslinked polyolefin resin foam which can be used to obtain a molded article having superior appearance without loss of flexibility even when the molded article is secondarily processed into a complicated shape; and a molded article using the foam.
