Abstract:
A crushing device for sponge, comprising a bottom plate (25). A cylinder (1) is provided on the top surface of the bottom plate (25); the cylinder (1) is obliquely provided downwards; a plurality of supporting columns (24) is fixed between the cylinder (1) and the bottom plate (25); a motor A (2) is fixed on a side surface of the cylinder (1); a driving end of the motor A (2) extends into the interior of the cylinder (1); the driving end of the motor A (2) is fixedly connected to a rotary shaft (3); a spiral blade (4) is fixed on a side surface of the rotary shaft (3); a funnel (5) is fixed to and penetrates through the top surface of the cylinder (1); a square through hole (1-1) is formed on the bottom surface of the cylinder (1); a filter screen (6) is provided in the square through hole (1-1); the outside of the square through hole (1-1) is covered by a cover (7) fixed to the bottom surface of the cylinder (1); an air suction port (7-1) is formed on the bottom surface of the cover (7); a dust collector (8) communicated with the air suction port (7-1) is fixed on the bottom surface of the cover (7); a through hole (1-2) is formed on the other side surface of the cylinder (1). The cylinder (1) and the dust collector (8) are obliquely provided, so that dust in sponge particles can be effectively cleared, and moreover, a cleaning liquid is used for cleaning and removing bacteria in a main body (15), so that the environment of a working site is protected, the quality of sponge particles is improved, the efficiency is high, and the device is practical and reliable.
