Abstract:
Disclosed is a pulverizing device for manufacturing a renewable sponge, the pulverizing device comprising a base plate (25), wherein a cylinder (1) is provided at a top surface of the base plate (25), and the cylinder (1) is obliquely arranged downwards; multiple support columns (24) are fixed between the cylinder (1) and the base plate (25); an electric motor A (2) is fixed at a side surface of the cylinder (1), with a drive end of the electric motor A (2) extending into the interior of the cylinder (1), and the drive end of the electric motor A (2) being fixedly connected to a rotary shaft (3); a spiral blade (4) is fixed at a side surface of the rotary shaft (3); a funnel (5) is fixed to a top surface of the cylinder (1) in a penetrating manner; a bottom surface of the cylinder (1) is provided with a rectangular through hole (1-1), a filter screen (6) is provided in the rectangular through hole (1-1), and a cover (7) that is fixed to the bottom surface of the cylinder (1) covers the rectangular through hole (1-1); a bottom surface of the cover (7) is provided with an air suction port (7-1), and a dust collector (8) in communication with the air suction port (7-1) is fixed onto the bottom surface of the cover (7); and the other side surface of the cylinder (1) is provided with a through hole (1-2). By means of the obliquely arranged cylinder (1) and the dust collector (8), dust in sponge particles can be effectively removed, and the interior of a container (5) is cleaned and sterilized with a cleaning solution, thereby protecting the environment of a working site, improving the quality of the sponge particles, and being high-efficiency, practical and reliable.
