The present application provides a crushing method based on a modified positive electrode material, and a modified positive electrode material and a preparation method therefor. The crushing method based on the modified positive electrode material comprises the following steps: obtaining talcum powder and a calcine of a positive electrode material; putting the talcum powder and the calcine into a jaw crusher for a first crushing operation to obtain a first crushed material; putting the first crushed material into a roller crusher for a second crushing operation to obtain a second crushed material; and conveying the second crushed material to a pulverizer for a pulverizing operation. The crushing method based on the modified positive electrode material can reduce the abrasion of a pipe wall caused by a material and reduce the content of metal impurities in the material.
