Abstract:
A single-material all-plastic lotion pump and a storage bottle applying same. The all-plastic lotion pump comprises: a plastic pump housing (10), a plastic pressing head (20), a plastic cylinder housing (30) and a plastic double-piston mechanism (40); the plastic pump housing (10) is provided with a material conveying tube (11) which communicates the inside and the outside of the plastic pump housing (10); the plastic pressing head (20) is in pressing connection with the material conveying tube (11), and a material output hole (21) of the plastic pressing head (20) is connected to and communicated with the material conveying tube (11); one port of the plastic cylinder housing (30) surrounds a tube opening of the material conveying tube (11), and a different port of the plastic cylinder housing (30) is connected to and communicated with a material guide rubber hose (50); the plastic double-piston mechanism (40) is movably arranged in the plastic cylinder housing (30), a material output end thereof is connected to and communicated with the material output hole (21), a material input end thereof is a structure which controls opening and closing when the plastic pressing head (20) is pressed, and an open material input end thereof is communicated with the material guide rubber hose (50). The all-plastic lotion pump is made entirely of plastic, soft rubber, etc., and does not need to be disassembled for recycling but rather can be directly recycled, thereby improving recycling efficiency, reducing recycling cost, and solving the problem that existing lotion pump heads are difficult to recycle.
