A cryptocurrency management method for issuing and managing fiat twins from legal tender according to the present invention may comprise: generating fiat twins that can be exchanged for an amount equal to the sum of the principal and interest of legal tender included in a first ledger of a banking institution; issuing the fiat twins by writing the number of the generated fiat twins on a second ledger according to an agreement between representative nodes of a blockchain; and transmitting all or some of the fiat twins issued from the interest to electronic wallet address accounts owned by the representative nodes of the blockchain.
