Disclosed are a cryptotanshinone derivative, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof in anti-myocardial fibrosis. The new cryptotanshinone derivative has a structural formula of (I). Preliminary experimental results show that the cryptotanshinone derivative has good anti-myocardial fibrosis activity and is expected to be developed as a novel anti-myocardial fibrosis drug.
