Abstract:
Provided is a curable composition for imprinting, which contains polymerizable compounds and is characterized in that: (a) the polymerizable compounds have a polymerizable group concentration of 4.3-7.5 mmol/g; (b) a polymerizable compound (X) that has an Ohnishi parameter of 3.5 or less and a ring parameter of 0.35 or more is contained in an amount within the range of 40-95% by mass relative to all the polymerizable compounds; (c) a polymerizable compound (C) that has three or more polymerizable groups is additionally contained in an amount within the range of 5-20% by mass relative to all the polymerizable compounds; and (d) the viscosity of the composition without a solvent at 25°C is within the range of 3-8,000 mPa·s.
