Abstract:
The present invention provides: a curable composition from which a film having excellent light resistance and moisture resistance can be formed; a near-infrared absorbing agent; a film; a near-infrared cut filter; a solid-state imaging element; an image display device; and an infrared sensor. The curable composition includes a near-infrared absorbing dye having a group represented by formula (1), and a curable compound. In the formula, G1 represents NRG1 or an oxygen atom, RG1 represents a hydrogen atom or a monovalent substituent. G2 represents a monovalent substituent having an Es' value, which is a steric parameter, of 2.4 or higher.
