Abstract:

A curable composition comprising: a perfluoro(poly)ether-group-containing silane compound having a perfluoro(poly)ether group and two or more Si atoms bonded to at least one group selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyl group and a hydrolyzable group, the perfluoro(poly)ether group being represented by the formula - (OC6F12)a- (OC5F10)b- (OC4F8)c- (OC3X10 6)d - (OC2F4)e - (OCF2)f - (wherein, a, b, c, and d are each independently an integer between 0 to 30, inclusive, e and f are each independently an integer between 1 and 200, inclusive, the sum of a, b, c, d, e, and f is at least 5, the order of existence of each repeating unit enclosed in parenthesis with the suffix a, b, c, d, e, or f is arbitrary in the formula, the ratio of e to f is less than 1.0, and each occurrence of X10 is independently a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, or a chlorine atom); an organosilicon compound having at least two -O-Rg3 bonded to a Si atom (wherein each occurrence of Rg3 is independently a hydrogen atom or a monovalent organic group); and a catalyst.
