Abstract:
Provided is a curable resin composition that has high reactivity and can be cured at low temperature. A curable resin composition characterized by containing a resin component (A) having -COOR (where R is a C50 or lower alkyl group) and a hydroxyl group, and a transesterification catalyst (B), the transesterification catalyst (B) containing an imidazole compound and a zinc-containing compound.
